Assuming a second led flasher is needed for the emergency lights to work, why doesn't this include it or explain

Yes, you will need a second LED flasher unit for your emergency flashers. We are working on improving our kits or at least mentioning it. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Update, from our research a second LED flasher is not required for the flasher circuit, only for the signals. The standard flasher unit normally works for the 4 ways.
