The mounting holes for the 5 x 7 speaker are approximately 4 1/4" going long ways and 4 3/4 across the short way.
Ordered speaker for '72 over phone and wasn't asked about the dimensions. It won't work. My holes are 4 3/8" vs 4". RetroSound In Dash Speaker | 68-77 Ford Bronco
Can I please get the hole distance on the 5"X7" speaker for the '66-'67? The stock speaker I removed for paint and body is a 5"X7".
