Installed the Front Disc Brake kit with new portioning valve #3037, bled the lines as directed and still the brake pedal goes to the floor. We also installed the Heavy Duty Master Cylinder at same time.

If you did not bench bleed the master cylinder, you will definitely need to. They can hide a lot of air. If you did bench bleed the master cylinder, try doing it again. There is a good video on our site under part # 3079.
