Will this radiator work with 351 Cleveland engine.

You should have no issue with this radiator and a Cleveland. The STD 66-77 version will have the top hose on the driver side, and water pump on the passenger side. The 5.0 version, has the top hose on the passenger side, and water pump on the driver side.
