I already have the stainless hinges for my stock doors, do I have to purchase another set to make these work with my existing? I have a 67 roadster with later model latches do I need to fab anything to make these work? Are these sold in pairs or just individual?

We have #5853 which is just the door side of the stainless hinges if you don't want to remove them from your doors. This way you can leave the body side bolted up then you should not have to adjust the doors every time you switch from one set to the other.
