What type of power steering fluid and how much in the reservoir?

We like Swepco power steering fluid #2012, but you can use regular power steering fluid. Do not use ATF. 2 quarts should be more than enough, but we would get 3 quarts and have an extra quart on hand for top off on the street or trail.
