I am installing new lower tracks on my 73 Bronco. I am hoping to use the existing window. Is there a process as to how to safely get the window out of the old track without breaking it? Thank you in advance.

The track is squeezing the glass with some window tape in between. You may be able to loosen the grip with a flat metal putty knife or scraper. Other than that, usually gently taps and prying.
