The rear will be in 2H most of the time. The front should be in neutral, when not in use. Otherwise, even with the hubs unlocked, the driveshaft and axles would turn. Shift the rear first, then the front when changing between gears. We have #8544 dash sticker available for a pattern reminder as well.
