I bought the WH 1.5 suspension lift kit. I was thinking about drilling a 7/16 hole 1 to 3/4 forward of the original hole to center the 32 to 33 tires I plan on using to center the wheel of the uncut quarter panels. 1 - do I need new perches? 2 - if so what adjustments need to be made when installing them to adjust for the 1.5 lift?

New longer perches would be beneficial, just to give you more landing room for the new position of the spring. You will also want to match the hole in the top plate, so the u-bolts continue to line up straight with the axle.
