It is a stock replacement headliner, so adjustment yes, trimming, not normally, but always a potential depending on your situation. The electric version will have a cutout near the windshield for the stock wiper cover. With the drop bracket, you likely will not be able to use that. You may opt for the vacuum version, that goes all the way to the front, and all the way across the windshield, with no cutout, and fit from there..
