Unfortunately we could not say for sure. It is designed for the 1986-93 Mustang-style SEFI 5.0L and 5.8L setup specifically, but if your Lincoln motor is the same or similar, you may be ok. You may give the maker, Ron Francis wiring a call for more information. Tech Line Number: 610-485-1981
