Unfortunately removing the wheel and drum are the best way to determine exactly what you have. You will need to measure the drum inside diameter and the brake shoe width.

not sure if my rear drums are 11x1.75 or 10x2.5 on my 1973 Bronco what is the easiest way to determine other than removing wheel and measuring?
