I want to upgrade my alternator, from the original Ford alternator to your High output alternator part #6013. I understand the new alternator hooks right up to the battery with one large wire. My question is what do I do with the voltage regulator, the capacitor and all the wires that were hooked up to the old alternator?

All you do is take the stock wires off the stock alt. Wrap them up and tape them out of the way. You don't need to remove the regulator from the inner fender unless you want to.
