How does it connect to power steering pump or box? Does box have to be drilled and tapped for fitting?

The hydroboost is plumbed inline with the steering pump and steering box. From the pump you will have a pressure hose out going to the hydroboost. The hydroboost will have a high pressure out to connect to the steering box. The both the hydroboost and steering box will have low pressure return lines going back to the pump reservoir. The steering box does not need to be drilled or modified.
